Apple Watch Magnetic Charging Dock Official Available for $79

Apple’s new official dock for Apple Watch is now available to buy in Apple Stores around the world for $79.

As we saw in the leaked photos, the dock allows the Watch to either lay flat or sit sideways in Nightstand mode due to the charging magnet. The charger itself is actually integrated into the unit, meaning you will still have the charger that came with your Watch when you purchased it. The dock also comes with a 2 meter long Lightning cable so that you can plug your dock into the wall.

If you exclude the Apple Watch edition, this is Apple’s first official dock for the Apple Watch. Prior to today, the only docks available were third-party, including the Elevation Lab Nightstand that Apple sells in its retail stores.
