The Huawei Watch is 'Right Around The Corner'
Huawei’s Android Wear smartwatch, dubbed the Huawei Watch, if officially “right around the corner” according to Huawei’s website. You can now sign up and be notified of its availability.
The watch, which was previewed back in February during Mobile World Congress (MWC), was rumored to cost anywhere between $300 and $1000 dollars. The company has yet to announce an official price, but it’s currently assumed that it will be targeted towards the high-end and will compete against some of the other round Android Wear watches such as the LG Urbane.
We’re also expecting to see a new Moto 360 as well as Tag Heuer’s smartwatch in the coming months, so it’l be interesting to see how Huawei differentiates itself when their watch debuts. Given that it’s “right around the corner”, I’m sure it won’t be long before we find out.
