JUUK Adds Space Grey Bands for Space Grey Apple Watch Sport

A few weeks ago, we told you about a Canadian-based company called JUUK, who’s goal it was to bring premium stainless steel bands to the Apple Watch for a fraction of the price. The bands, which were origianlly designed to look best with the stainless steel Apple Watch got some attention, but unfortunately hasn’t enough backers.

That’s when founder Eugene Ho started asking folks what he could do to increase his chances of meeting his funding goals. What he heard was that folks wanted a band that matched the Space Grey Apple Watch Sport, since that has been considered to be one of the most popular models. And today it looks like you’ll be able to grab one.

The bands are identical to the one’s that are offered for the stainless steel Watch but now include a “Gunmetal” finish. We have to say, the pictures make this band look absolutely gorgeous. In fact, this looks like a wonderful alternative to Apple’s Space Black Watch, which retails for $1100 bucks. Between a 42mm Apple Watch ($399) and this band ($110 on Indiegogo), you can own a similar looking Watch for half the price.
