The included workouts require no special gadgets and are ideal to do at home or when you're travelling. You can do them on a camping site, in your hotel room or on an airplane - it's totally up to you!

TAP TO PAUSE
Tap the screen during a workout session to pause the session (iOS devices and Apple Watch).

PLAY AUDIO FEEDBACK
Go to Settings > DaVinci Workout to enable audio feedback (iOS devices).

SHOW INSTRUCTIONS
Tap 'Show Instructions' during a workout session to show exercise instructions (iOS devices).

SHARE WITH FRIENDS
After each workout session you will be asked whether you want to share your workout results with friends (iOS devices)

ACTIVE ENERGY AND HEART RATE
Go to the dashboard or use the Health App to analyse heart rate and active energy. The data can only be seen if the workout was done with Apple Watch.

APPLE WATCH
When launching the app on Apple Watch for the first time (and each time after you have created a custom workout on your iOS device), make sure that your Apple Watch is connected to your iOS device (and that you have enabled Health Access on iOS: Settings > Privacy > Health > ZERO-G). Tap on 'Beginner' (or any other level button on Apple Watch) and wait until the workouts have been transferred from your iOS device to Apple Watch. The initial transfer may take a few moments. After that you are free to workout with your Apple Watch alone, it doesn't have to be connected to your iOS device since all workouts are stored separately on Apple Watch.

ZERO-G Workout comes with additional workout bundles as well as with a Pro Version offered as an in-app purchase (see details below). The Pro Version offers you the following exclusive features and benefits:
