Workout Week displays recorded workouts from the current week, Monday to Monday. Compare your progress against your weekly goal and achieve more.- Record workouts in other apps that work with Health.- Then track your 7-day progress across workout types with Workout Week's graph.- Share your progress with friends and compete for 100%.- Check your progress on Apple Watch.- Focus on specific kinds of workouts by selecting only those ones in Settings.- Change your weekly goal in half hour increments.- Weeks are recorded Monday to Monday to match the Activity app.#madeinuticaIMPORTANT: Workout Week does not record any workout data; please use Health connected apps to record new data.
