The health score can range from 0 to 1000 and when tracked over time offers a good indication of how a user’s health is evolving. The financial wellbeing score gives an indication of the levels of financial stress or success.
The Well One digital health platform allows users to track their progress across all areas, add goals, synch their wearable devices, and get personalised rule-based coaching. The app encourages engagement with motivation techniques from behavioural science and gamification, and collaborative features from social networks.
The user may be able to earn points and recognition for using the app and for participating in activities depending on the set up.
