Watch Couch 5K Runner focuses on making your running performance better without using your phone at all. It only requires Apple Watch to run. The main goal is to prepare you to make full 5 kilometers run within 30 minutes. It should takes approximately 2 months to achieve it. Don't wait and let's go for a run!Your activity data such distance, pace, heart rate, calories burned and route will be gathered from Apple Health, and all trainings with warm-ups will be stored in your Fitness App. Whole training will update your daily activity goals.
