The main goal is to prepare both beginner, intermediate and advanced runners to make full half marathon run. It should takes approximately from 4 up to 6 months to achieve it. Your activity data such distance, pace, heart rate, calories burned and route will be gathered from Apple Health, and all trainings with warm-ups will be stored in your Fitness App. Whole training will update your daily activity goals.
