The mission of GeoFilmFestival second edition is to disseminate short films coming from all over the world, which touch upon the festival’s themes: Environment, Land, Four Elements, Renewable, Sustainable Feeding.

Thousands of filmmakers can submit their film and receive the audience’s real-time vote through VotApp: an innovative application developed by students of the “Istituto Tecnico Barsanti” high school situated in Castelfranco Veneto (Italy).

Each viewer, who is geo-localised in the screening room, can vote his/her favourite film, so it may reach the final and the awards.

An important purpose, besides the votes, is the possible cooperation between movie business and young professionals advancing in school, considered a training institution.
