Twitterrific
Twitterrific 5 officially supports the Apple Watch with the ability to track your Twitter stats in real time at a glance. It gets even better once push notifications are enabled via in-app purchase in Twitterrific for iOS, thereby unlocking additional features including: notifications about tweet-related actions; the ability to reply to mentions, replies, and direct messages; support for viewing new followers, following other users, and blocking unwanted ones; and Force Touch for composing new tweets using Siri dictation.
Features

The Twitterrific watch app displays a list of your most recent 25 replies, mentions, direct messages, favorites, retweets, and new followers right on your wrist. This helps you focus on the part of Twitter that’s most important to you and frees you from information overload.

Simply tap any item in the list to view its details and respond in a number of ways. Favorite a reply or mention, give a new friend a follow back and even reply to mentions and direct messages using Apple Watch’s dictation feature.

Force-press from the activity view to compose a new tweet from scratch using the Apple Watch's built-in Siri dictation feature.
Stats at a Glance
Twitterrific’s glance gives you a fun, visual digest of the total number of favorites, retweets and new followers you’ve received over the past 24 hours. It also displays the number of unread tweets currently waiting for you the next time you launch the iOS app.

Twitterrific for Apple Watch includes a host of notification types that help you keep track of who’s following you, retweeting or favoriting your tweets and more.
