How to Get Started

2. Start your 14-day free coaching trial.
3. Complete the quick assessment.
4. Add your phone number to connect with your coach. If you skip this, you will get the app but not the full coaching experience.
5. Your coach will reach out by text or call (usually within 15 minutes during working hours) and deliver your custom plan within 24 hours.

Subscription and Terms

Trainest is free to download. Your 14-day free trial includes Trainest Premium coaching. After your trial, you can choose Trainest Plus or Trainest Premium, or stay on the free tier. Some features require Trainest Plus or Trainest Premium (optional, paid).

Trainest Plus: $19.99/month or $99/year - Full app features, custom plans, smart scanner.
Trainest Premium: $99.99/month - Everything in Plus, plus ongoing coaching with calls and texts.

Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings.
