Tiny Workout

Use your Apple Watch to guide you through six High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workouts of less than five minutes you can do at any time, no equipment required. The workouts are short and enable you to do them just before breakfast or lunch, just anytime you have about five minutes. Each workout is setup as a HIIT, 30 seconds exercise and then 10 seconds rest.

Do the six proposed workouts every day and you’ll notice you’ll get stronger and fitter.

You can have workouts stored in Apple Health, so you get a good overview of how you’re improving.

To make you not only physically strong, but also mentally, you can also start an unguided meditation or do a breathing exercise.

Please make sure you are able to do these workouts. When in doubt, please consult a doctor before you start the workouts.

What’s in the app?
The app gives you an advise which workout you can do now. It will advise you to do three strength workouts and three cardio workouts every day. You don’t have to do them all and you can do them anytime it suits you.

When starting the app the advise for this moment is at the top of the screen. Followed by the last workout you’ve done and graphs showing your heart rate and active energy over the past workouts.
If you start a workout will start with a 10 seconds countdown and then a 30 second workout. Tiny Workout announces the exercise and it tells you when to start, when you’re halfway and when you’re done.
During the workout you can double tap the screen to pause the workout. Then you can also quit the workout.
After the workout you can see an overview of the data recorded in Apple Health: your heart rate and the active energy you spent.

Even though the app is tiny it offers you plenty of way to adjust it to your needs. You can change the duration of the exercise, the rest period, the meditation, the breathing exercise and the breathe in and breathe out time.
