How does it work?
Within an adjustable timeframe Smart Alarm for Watch will wake you as soon as you enter a light sleep phase. Light sleep phases are detected based on accelorometer data measured by your Apple Watch. In case no light sleep phase is detected it will wake you at exactly the specified time.
