The Sleep app is designed to help you meet your sleep goals, including getting enough sleep, getting to bed on time, and even creating a pre-bedtime routine. You can easily track your sleep and wake up in the morning with alarm sounds or haptics. The Sleep experience includes bedtime reminders, wake-up alarms, sleep tracking, sleep stages, sleep score, Sleep Focus, and a view of your sleep trends over time.Features• Set a sleep schedule to help you meet your sleep goals and get to bed on time.• Track your sleep stages and how much you sleep when you wear Apple Watch to bed. Apple Watch uses data from the accelerometer and heart rate sensor to determine what stage of sleep you are in.• Track your sleep score to better understand the quality of your sleep, and how it is impacted by sleep duration, consistency, and interruptions in your sleep. • Use Wind Down to help you relax before heading to bed. Sleep Focus is also enabled during Wind Down to help minimize distractions.• Wake up to gentle sounds or a haptic wake-up alarm so you don't disturb anyone else around you.• Review sleep insights in the Health app on iPhone including sleep times, sleep stages, sleep score, sleep goals, respiratory rate, and sleeping heart rate.• See Breathing Disturbances in the Health app and receive a notification if your Breathing Disturbances data shows consistent signs of moderate to severe sleep apnea.*• When your phone is locked with a passcode, all your health and fitness data in the Health app - other than your Medical ID - is encrypted. Your health data stays up to date across all your devices automatically using iCloud, where it is encrypted while in transit and on Apple servers.*Not available in all regions. Sleep Apnea Notifications are available on Apple Watch Series 9 and later, Ultra 2 and later, and SE 3.
