SetWatch

SetWatch is the essential companion for all your strength training workouts. Create routines, track exercises, and review your progress – all on your wrist.

You can created an unlimited number of routines to fit your workout style, choose from a large collection of common exercises and even add your own. During your workout session, SetWatch lets you log the weight used, number of repetitions, or set a timer. You can also set an automatic rest timer, so you know when its time to get back to work!

And when you are done, SetWatch syncs all your workout with the Health app, where your workouts contribute to the Activity rings and can be used by other apps.
