Take a day off and still complete your activity rings using your Apple Watch with the help of this app.

Rest helps you complete your Exercise Time Goal (Green band) and Move Goal (Red band) with minimum effort, when you need it. *

The app checks how much remains of your exercise time and move goals from the Health app on your iPhone. It starts a rest workout, and records your everyday activity in detail, and stores it again in the Health app.

The workout is also displayed with a little flag as a Rest day inside your Activity app on your iPhone, so you will know when you took a day off.

Recovery Tracking
We have also introduced tracking of the amount of time your body is in recovery, by checking whether your heart is beating at above 50% of your peak heart rate.

The Apple Watch will indicate when you're in the zone by changing the color of the white heart icon to blue.

- estimated time to completing your move and exercise time goals. **

** The estimated time does fluctuate depending upon your level of daytime activity, so the time may vary during the day. So keep moving.
