The app reads respective latest nutrition facts via Nutrition+ integration.

iPhone/Apple Watch app allow access directly to the colour coded rings for latest -current or daily nutrition facts statistics such as calories, carbs, fiber, protein, cholesterol, sodium, water all of them in one shot connecting to https://glucoseplusapp.com user account.

The Apple Watch app allows also to see on top of latest nutrition facts, current activity ring levels through integration with Health app.

As well, it offers an extra complication customizing any nutrition fact to be displayed on respective complication on the Apple Watch screen to track the latest level of the nutrition fact as per user's convenience, the app automatically syncs the latest levels keeping the complication updated.
