"Location Diary" makes it easy to save your moments to remember and you don't need a subscription to start.

The app was designed to make the process as easy and as quick as possible-you only need to click the "Save" button.

Your current location will be saved in the Calendar app in iCloud calendar: "Location Diary."

The event will contain the coordinates, altitude, speed and address of the location (if available). 

Additionally, in the app you will find Sun and Moon information (approximate rise and set time and Moon phase.)

The "What Happened Today in History" table will display events, which happened on the same day 1, 2 or 3 years ago.

Thanks to the Apple® ecosystem, your new event will be available immediately on all your devices.

You can also share the calendar with family and friends, so everyone can enjoy the memories.

The app supports the iOS Dark Mode.

NOTE: This app is using GPS, which may affect battery life. Address and landmark information require internet connection (WiFi or LTE for example.)
Please don't be confused with Moonrise and Moonset! Set time can be before rise time, or on this day, Moon may not rise or set.
