The LEEPS app utilizes the Apple Watch and iPhone to help assure the safety of first responders in the field by monitoring biometric data for abnormal vital conditions. This information is transmitted to a dispatcher who is alerted in real time and able to take immediate action to offer assistance.

Use of the LEEPS app requires an account on the LEEPS service and is intended for first responders whose departments have been set up in the LEEPS system.

HEALTH APP INTEGRATION:

LEEPS uses the Health App (HealthKit) to read the following data:

iPhone App:
- Heart Rate
- Mindful Minutes

Apple Watch App:
- Heart Rate
- Mindful Minutes

This information is analyzed to determine an abnormal situation based on the user's profile. Your location is only used once an abnormal situation is detected and handled by your department dispatcher.
