Kieser Training with Keezaa

Keezaa – the sleek and intuitive app perfectly supports your Kieser Training® sessions.

Note: The Apple Watch app requires watchOS 10 or newer. If your Apple Watch runs an older OS, do not update the app!

Easily create one or multiple workout plans with the app and adjust them over time as needed. You can conduct your workouts conveniently with your Apple Watch or iPhone. This way, you skip lugging around cumbersome clipboards and searching for the nearest stopwatch.

All your achievements are reliably recorded, and your history is displayed in a practical calendar view. Workout plans are color-coded for better clarity and can be finished or restarted with ease. Within a plan, machines can be set up and edited flexibly. If needed, export a plan as PDF or CSV.

During training, keep track of your progress and training duration. The stopwatch function can be used in "Always On" mode (dimmed screen) for each machine. You can also control your music directly from the app. After finishing a machine, you can adjust the timed duration and set the weight for next time.

Post-workout, view a summary of your Health data, like workout duration, average heart rate, and calories burned. With "Health" app integration, training with Keezaa helps in closing the rings.
