Helement makes your gym fitness training easier to keep track. Before you start, our partner gym will help you completing the fitness goals, ParQ questionnaire and training assessment. But if you have not taken up any gym training program, you are still able to use Helement scale and Helement fitness tracker together with Helement app



Helement scale

- In the Device management page, just follow the instruction to scan and add Helement Bluetooth scale.

- Once your Helement scale is connected, you may just stand on the scale and wait for the reading streaming to Helement app on Home-Weight page.

- You may also find a historical scale reading on Body Composition Analysis in your Helement app.



Helement fitness tracker

- In the device page, just follow the instruction to scan and add HelementX2 tracker.

- Once your Helement tracker is connected, you may wear the fitness tracker and you will see the reading streaming to your Helement app on Home-Heart Beat page.

Apple Watch

- In the device page, you can add the Apple Watch device into the list.

- Helement App integrated with Health APP to access your personal health data such as steps count, heart rate, walk distance, calorie burnt while using Helement APP.

- Once you toggle on the switch in the device page, a message is sent to your watch and trigger on workout session. During the workout session, your heart rate, steps count, walk distance, and calorie burnt will be recorded. All the health data will be sync to our APP and store.



Meals Plan

Base on your fitness goals, Helement app will generate a recommended meal plan to help you to achieve your fitness goals.



Workout Diary

If you have join a training program in the partner gym, your personal trainer will generate a exercise routine for your training in gym. That you may find the generated exercise routine in Workout Diary.



Extra

- The Helement app also support find my phone function. Whenever the Bluetooth connection is active, you may access the Find My Phone function in your Helement tracker, then your phone will be ringing or buzzing depending on the mode you set.

- Upon receiving SMS, Helement app also push SMS notice to Helement tracker for your convenience; that way you can read your SMS on the Helement tracker while running on the treadmill for example.
