How do you use the the above information ?
During training you want to remain within you training zones, but while you set off your heart will increase until you slow down. Avoiding going over your zone you can use the predicted heart rates too pace yourself and slow down long before.

Please note, the Apple Watch companion does not directly interface with the sensor, you need your iPhone in range to view information data on the Apple Watch.

Tested with Polar H7 & Wahoo TICKR heart rate sensors.
