This is a workout application, it integrates with the Health App to monitor your Heart Rate while the application is running. The application runs in the background once started, you might experience decreased battery life when using this application. The annoying sound plays for a few seconds, you can stop the sound anytime by pressing the stop button. You can stop the application by pushing the side button, scroll to the application, and swiping left.
