The iPhone app:
provides a simple timer user interface to add workouts and mindfulness minutes. It can’t track the vitals and energy burned. We recommend you to use the Apple Watch app to record more health data.

Everything made it easy for use on your wrist:
- Provides timer for beginner to practice JingZhuo, and Qigong, helps you conquer the chaotic mind and sense of urgency in life.
- Follow along with your workout from your wrist. Get details about your workout stats in real-time on your Apple Watch.
- Integration with Apple Health: add the details of your workout, like duration and calories burned, to your Apple Health Application.
- Provide Lap when you practice Taolu, so you know the time you spend one each repetition.
