GETFiT SetCounter is a simple app that tracks the sets performed for any exercise performed during a workout session. Personal trainers and Fitness Professional perform more than the regular 3 set count per body part. In some cases they can reach up to 7 or more sets. GETFiT SetCounter keeps track on your set count and also has a stop watch that monitors your resting period after every set. Usage is very simple and straight forward:- After completing your first set press the "START" button. This will count your first set and starts your stop watch. - Once you reached your desired resting period perform your next set. After completing the next set, press the "NEW" button to add to your set count and restart your stop watch. - Repeat until desired set range was reached and then press the "RESET" button before proceeding training your next body part. - Includes also a PAUSE/RESUME button for the stop watch.- Apple Watch has similar function with the exception of PAUSING/RESUMING.- Optimised foriPhone 6 & iPhone 6 Plus or later. Smaller screens devices might work but not guaranteed.
