What’s changed?

We’ve developed a new mobile app and online banking platform to deliver a better digital experience to our Gateway customers. Some enhancements you can expect to see in the app are:

• Robust personal financial management tools
• Link external accounts to view all your finances in one place
• Easier navigation
• Secure messaging with Gateway

Is that a new logo?

Yes! We are excited to unveil a new logo that reflects our robust banking and mortgage services.

How does this impact me?

Here’s what you need to know:
• Effective 11/07/22 4:45 PM CT, the existing mobile app will be disabled and removed from the app store. Customers will no longer be able to log in from the old mobile app.
• On 11/08/22, Mobile App users will need to install the new Gateway Mobile Banking app from the store. Search “Gateway Mobile Banking” in the app store and click install. Customers will not be able to log in to Gateway Mobile Banking or Online Banking until 11/08/22.
Note: Customers will no longer be able to lock or freeze Gateway credit, debit, or business cards.
