A simple fitness app on Apple Watch designed to make your life easier by removing the process of counting reps and sets. Each automatic exercise has been trained by AI to reward good form and squeeze—partials don't count.

AUTOMATIC EXERCISES: 30+ exercises that count reps and sets for arms, chest, back and shoulders. (New exercises added monthly). Just add your reps, sets, and weight then Ego Lifter does the rest.

MANUAL EXERCISES: 100+ exercises that support arms, chest, back, shoulders, and legs. They work like a standard fitness tracker where you have to manual stop your sets.

REST TIME: When your set is over (Automatic or Manual) you will get a haptic letting you know it's time to rest and it will resume the exercise once the rest time has ended.

HISTORY: Keep track of your sets, reps, weight for each exercise so you know how you're progressing.

Subscriptions Details:
The free version of EgoLifter gives access to all manual workouts and 1 automatic exercise for each Arms, Back, Shoulders, and Chest category. Upgrade to our monthly or annually Ego Lifter Plus subscription to access all Automatic exercises.

Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hour prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal.
