The app allows existing (registered) customers to:
-Book translators (oral) to assist individuals in conversation with government ministries or with healthcare providers etc
-Get push notifications when a translator accepts their booking request
-Get push notification when a translator cancels their session (they’ve previously accepted)
-Administer their own bookings (cancel, monitor etc)
-Give feedback to the translators they’ve already appointed and used
-Get push notification when a booking they’ve made expires (i.e no translator has accepted – therefore allowing the customer to arrange translator by other means or rebooking the session)


The app allows existing (registered) translators to:
-View their bookings
-Get push notification when customers put in new bookings that match their skills (that they can accept)
-Get push notification when a customer cancels a booking they have accepted
