Start each entry with a guided meditation to ground yourself, using a timer to log mindful minutes in Apple Health.IMPORTANT NOTE FOR EXISTING USERS:The Dahlia app has been updated to a multiplatform architecture, replacing the original Apple Watch-only version, which has been removed from the App Store. Dahlia remains Apple Watch-first, retaining the features you love, while the iPhone app, though basic for now, provides a solid foundation for future updates in 2025 and beyond.
