Extensive Exercise Logging - Logging exercises, even supersets, has never been easier. If you don't see an exercise you'd like to log, we've made it simple to add your own to the database.

Apple Health - Start a workout in the CleanLift app and a strength training workout will automatically begin on your Apple Watch (Or on your iPhone if you aren't a Watch user). See your rest timer, calories, heart rate, and duration on your wrist between sets! Finish your workout from the app and never worry about starting/stopping Apple Health workouts.

Apple Music Integration - Control your Apple Music directly from within the CleanLift app, no more switching apps during a workout!

Social - A social network feature in the app to connect with other lifters. Share tips, questions, and even workouts with friends!
