CAN Meetings
The Annual Canadian Neuroscience Meeting is Canada’s largest conference bringing together researchers and scientists from the many disciplines comprising the world of Neuroscience. The conference serves as an important event for discussion and exchange of the most cutting edge knowledge, insights, issues and ideas in Neuroscience. The first Annual Canadian Neuroscience Meeting was hosted at the University of Toronto 2007. The support of the conference exceeded all expectations with over 600 delegates in attendance and spurred the decision to continue holding annual meetings. Since then conference attendance has fluctuated between 600 and 1000 delegates depending on proximity of the meeting location to major neuroscience centers. The CAN-ACN Annual Meeting is an ideal place to meet and interact with colleagues from across the country. It also provides the opportunity for trainees to present their work and get valuable feedback.
