- the best time you should wake up if you were to go to bed at the time you check the app,
- the best time to go to sleep if you have a particular wake up time in mind.

The application automatically calculates 8 optimized best sleep cycles, so you wake up fresh and ready to tackle the day.

"Best Sleep Time" is not an "Alarm" app: the application's purpose is to help you understand when to go to bed or when you should wake up. You will only receive reminder notification for the reminder(s) you setup.
