BeatFit uses Heart Rate data from the Health App to provide for Fitness Training on your Apple Watch.

Exercise that results in cyclic bursts of elevated heart rate, followed by recovery, enhances cardiopulmonary fitness more that sustained cardio while taking less time to achieve those benefits.

BeatFit contains two modules that provide for this form of training:

-Sawtooth, which cycles between Peak and Base heart rate

-Plateau, which allows for setting a Peak heart rate for a defined time

Great for: HIIT, Sprints, Plyometrics, Walking, Cycling

Two other modules allow added flexibility for work out sessions:

-Cadence, sets a fixed time interval and repetitions.

Great for: Weight Training, Planks, Situps, Stretching, Step Tests

-Time Trial, sets a Work & Rest time and repetitions.

Great for: Tabata Training, HIIT, Sprints, Weight Training
