A powerful, yet simple way to plan and and track your barbell weight lifting. You can quickly create a workout, with the type (e.g. Squat), weight, repetitions, sets, and rest time between sets. You can use that workout to track your progress from warmups through your planned sets. You can override all the settings during an exercise. (Say you only got through 2 sets instead of 3, or you need more rest between sets, or you were able to do 7 reps instead of the 5 you planned).You can invoke timers automatically, or manually.
