Kendall College’s Capstone Project is a unique learning experience that blends practical knowledge, strategic thinking and problem solving skills to prepare students for professional success. Part “The Apprentice” and part “Top Chef,” seniors from Kendall College’s Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, and Business schools work together over 22 weeks to develop multi-use projects for a specific site in Chicago’s Central Business District (CBD). The concepts are presented to judges who are leaders in the hospitality industry and showcased at a Tradeshow and Awards Ceremony at Kendall College.
