The goal statuses page simplifies the statuses of goals by using simple green, yellow, and red dots. A green dot represents a goal that is on track and trending well. A red dot represents a goal that may need attention or is currently being overlooked.

Notifications alert the user when they have been cheered, giving them instant reinforcement no matter where they are.

Goal Detail

The goal details page not only shows the progress of the goal, but also shows the number of people who have viewed the goal and provided positive reinforcement. These types of statistics promote openness and give the employee a sense of belonging and exposure.
