Beacon Boxx is designed to periodically validate user defined heart rate thresholds to detect if those thresholds are exceeded. It does not diagnose any conditions but provides alerts for users based on health vital readings such as Heart Rate, Blood Oxygen, and Heart Rate Variability.

When thresholds are exceeded, Beacon Boxx first notifies the user that their vitals are out of range. If the user does not intervene to deactivate the threshold notification, the application will send text messages alerting user defined contacts that help may be needed.
