The different levels of coaching will allow you to pick what is best for you and the amount of communication you will need, because everyone is so different! Lite:- Monthly training programmes - you choose which programme you want to sign up to based on your goals, every month you will get an updated plan to follow! - Exclusive information with reminders, tips, form tips & advice.- Can log workouts (& cycling, swimming, running etc) to keep yourself accountable - Setting bedtimes & Wake up times to help with routine- Can log/take pics of your meals & track them alongside this which I can see too- Can use the ‘in-app calendar’ to see when your workouts are and plan them in your week- Can log step count Premium:- Monthly training programmes - you choose which programme you want to sign up for based on your goals and every month you will get an updated plan to follow! - A calorie goal to track with - this means you know exactly how much your body needs! - You will get a personalised nutrition goal (calories & macros) to aim for which will be updated once per month when I do your check-in- Monthly 1-1 Check-in with feedback from Fiona including a personalised plan for the next month- Exclusive information with reminders, tips, form tips & advice.- Customised habits set by Fiona to suit your goals so that you can tick them off and be held accountable - Customised Goals set by Fiona which I will be updating in your monthly check-in- Community group chat with people with like-minded goals
