How does it work?
After creating your personal account, the app will ask you a few quick questions to help select the right plan for you. Each plan is structured for up to three months, giving your training a clear system. You can also browse and choose any other workout depending on what type of training you want to focus on.
Not sure which trainer or plan to choose?

Every plan comes with detailed information: difficulty level, focus area, and how the workouts are structured week by week. You can also explore each of our professional trainers more closely through their profiles, where they present their training style and workout philosophy in video form. On top of that, the app features an educational section with practical tips, detailed exercise tutorials, and advice from trainers on how to upgrade your fitness journey.

NEXT WORKOUT is also perfect for anyone who wants to expand their exercise arsenal. Instructional videos from our trainers demonstrate the correct technique for every move, so you can adjust tempo, reps, or weights as needed.
