Run Intervals

This application help you start your running adventure.
How? Very easy!
Just press the start button and you will see on the Watch what interval you should do and you will be notified by vibration when the interval is changed.
Training is very simple. it are 30s run and 90s walk intervals. Training time will register on your iOS health app.
The training lasts 20 minutes, but you can end it at any time by pressing the stop button.
