5 Minute Pushups was designed to help you gain strength, no matter your starting fitness level.

You'll perform a total of 3 minutes of pushups with two minutes of rest, with a customizable pushup time duration. You'll be able to track both modified and standard pushups. We have no set number of pushups you should be trying to reach, as too often, having a preset goal is either frustratingly difficult or easily achieved without increasing fitness. Instead, we offer you the ability to track your progress, allowing you to focus on proper form and self improvement.
