The Association for Slavic, East European, and Eurasian Studies (ASEEES) is the leading international scholarly society dedicated to the study of Russia, Eastern Europe, Central Asia, and the Caucasus in regional and global contexts.

One of ASEEES’ core activities is the annual convention occurring each fall. This international forum makes possible a broad exchange of information and ideas, stimulating further work and sustaining the scholarly excellence of the field.

The 2016 ASEEES Annual Convention will be held at the Washington DC Marriott Wardman Park on November 17-20.
