Somnify

Somnify is a sleep tracker that tracks your sleep with Apple Watch*. You don't have to do anything - it happens automatically. Just sleep with the watch on and get a morning summary with heart, energy, breath and sleep phases statistics

Smart alarm on Apple Watch tracks your heart rate and energy consumption to wake you up during the light phase of sleep. It makes waking up considerably less stressful for your body.

- Smart alarm: wake up in a light sleep phase
- Phase detection: You can see when you were in lighter or deeper sleep, what your heart rate was doing and how much time you were awake/in disrupted sleep.
- Calendar History: See your recharge, quality, time asleep, heart rate, deep sleep and when you went to bed

Sleepy also writes your Sleep analysis information to Apple Health.

If you wear your Apple Watch to bed*, Sleepy will track and analyze it and give you detailed statistics on heart rate, energy, and breathing, and save your sleep in the history, which you can view in the calendar tab

*Note. If you do not wear your Watch to bed, Sleepy simply captures the amount of time sleeping.
