A separate device (blood pressure monitor) is required. Don't use app data for medical use until the app will be certified and approved.

Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. An account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable. You may manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Settings. No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active period. Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions prices: $19.99, $89.99, $59.99 (and $99.99 since 5th of July). Subscriptions length: 1 month, 1 year with the trial and 1 year.
