ListMo is a new task managing app for your mobile Apple devices! It supports the newest iOS and watchOS features, e.g. Siri Shortcuts, Drag and Drop on iPad, reminders on the Siri Watch Face and the new complications on Apple Watch 4 & 5. ListMo is now also available on the Mac!


ListMo supports the following devices and features:

- macOS (10.15 and higher)

- iCloud sync across all of your iOS and WatchOS devices
- Time (recurring ones too) and location based reminders
- Universal search for tasks
- Long press on lists and tasks to see the iOS 13 context menus
- Dark Mode!
- Make frequently used tasks a FastTask to add them more quickly going forward
- Share your lists with co-workers, friends and family and receive their changes instantaneously
- Complete all tasks or add FastTasks to a given list via Siri shortcuts
- Ask Siri to add new lists / tasks or mark tasks as completed (please always use "...on ListMo" at the end of your voice requests)
- Add attachments and notes to tasks
- Set tasks as high priority
- Add new tasks from other apps via the iOS Share Action
- On iPad you can drag and drop new tasks, either from a different app or move tasks from one list to another in ListMo
- Install the Today widget to see your upcoming tasks
- Quick Actions let you add tasks even faster directly from the home screen
- Reminders will also show up on your Siri Watch Face on Apple Watch
- Deep press on a list on your Apple Watch to complete all items
