Heart Rate Training Zones Vs. Specific Heart Rate Level Training
In the app, Cardio Workout enthusiasts can monitor their time spent in various ranges of their Maximum Heart Rate known as Heart Rate Training Zones. Additionally, you can target specific Heart Rate Levels which are referred to as Intensity Levels. If we were to sample four individuals that are the same age, but at different Fitness Levels, their Heart Rate to climb the same set of stairs would vary significantly. WorkoutXchange has customizable settings for both Heart Rate Training Zones and Intensity Levels to help you create and participate in Workouts while matching your unique level of fitness.

The HIIT / Cardio Run Workout Screen with HIITracker Graph
Once you start a HIIT / Cardio workout, a screen with all the critical information you need is displayed. You can easily view the Time Elapsed as well as the Exercise Name, Intensity Level and Time Remaining. The HIITracker Graph scrolls right as the workout advances showing both your Target and Actual Heart Rate.

Strength, Stretch and Yoga Workouts
These are built the same method of combining Intervals. Each Interval (or Set) consists of the Number of Repetitions, Optional Weight and estimated Duration. During the workout you can edit the Actual Weight Amount and Number of Reps so that your Post-Workout Report has the data you need to prepare for your next workout.

Your WorkoutXchange Pro subscription auto renews unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. You will be charged for your renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period. You can cancel your Subscription by going into your account settings after your first Subscription Period has started. Any unused portion of the free trial period will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription. You cannot cancel your current subscription during the active subscription period.
