Keezaa - The sleek and intuitive app simplifies your Kieser Training® experience, helping you hit your goals.

Note: The Apple Watch app requires watchOS 10 or later. Do not update if an older OS is on your Apple Watch.

Effortlessly create one or more training plans with the app and adjust them as needed over time. Conduct your Kieser workouts easily using your Apple Watch or iPhone, eliminating the need for cumbersome clipboards and stopwatches.

All results are reliably recorded and displayed in a handy calendar view. Training plans are color-coded for clarity and can be easily completed or set up anew. Within a plan, you can create and edit machines flexibly. Export plans as PDF or CSV if needed.

During Kieser Training, track your progress and workout time. Even in the always-on mode of your watch, the stopwatch function is available for each machine. Control your music directly from the app. After finishing with a machine, adjust recorded time and future weights as needed.

Post-workout, view a summary of health data like workout duration, average heart rate, and calories burned. Through "Health" app integration, Kieser Training with Keezaa helps close your rings.
