Milan Airports keeps you up to date on the status of flights departing from or arriving at Milan airports and provides high speed browsing free of charge at Linate and Malpensa airports.

Thanks to Milan Airports, you can receive push notifications that keep you informed in real time and access a personal area, where at any time you can consult and manage your ViaMilano Program card and use the parking, fast-track, VIP lounge and baggage wrapping tickets purchased online in the app or on www.viamilanoeshop.eu.

Here are the main features:

- Flight tracking: real-time information via push notifications, for flights both in departure as well as in arrival, on the status of your flight, estimated and actual time of landing and departure, flight time, baggage claim carousel, check-in area and gate number, weather conditions and currency of the place of interest.

- Immediate and exclusive assistance for app owners: real time chat with Customer Care operators and "call me back" service to be contacted by phone at no extra cost in case of need.

- Renewed shopping experience and use of paperless tickets: possibility to purchase the main airport services in a simple manner. The tickets purchased will be automatically available in the personal area of the app without the need for paper receipts.
