The Retailers Excellence Process (REP) program is the marketing platform for the motor fuel and convenience store operations in regards to the fuel industry and includes:

- Advertising and promotions
- Education and compliance
- Inventive

The REP Convention is held annually to introduce the station operators to the upcoming promotions, provide updates in regards to the industry standards and provide awards and recognition to the successes operators achieved during the previous year. Invitation is available to all station operators who participate in the marketing program during the current and previous year.
