Official Apple Watch Pricing And Availability

Well, we didn’t learn too much in the way of Apple Watch use cases from today’s Spring Forward event, and there were no real surprises in store. The only actual issues cleared up in any appreciable way was that of pricing and availability.
Pricing
Apple Watch MSRPs are as follows (38mm/42mm):

Apple Watch Sport
38mm: $349
42mm: $399 -
Apple Watch
38mm: $549 – $1049
42mm: $599 – $1099 -
Apple Watch Edition
$10,000 – $17,000 (sizes not specified)
Pricing on the stainless steel versions was the biggest mystery going into the show, and while it still feels a little high, it’s nearly as bad as many were expecting (including me!). Additionally, it should be confirmed that Apple Watch Edition is, in fact, a limited edition, and they will only available in select Apple Stores.
Availability
Preorders start on April 10, and Apple Watches will be available at retail on April 24.
